Sweet – Roasted Chickpeas

Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper Drain and rinse chickpeas/garbanzo beans and lay on paper towel to dry while you finish prepping everything

2In a bowl mix oil, honey and spices together and set aside on the stove to use later Spread chickpeas/garbanzo beans on the parchment paper and bake 45 minutes. Test one and if it is soft be sure to bake a little longer until it is crispy.

3Once crispy remove from oven and toss them in the bowl with mixture.

4Serve hot and enjoy. If there are leftovers store in airtight container.

Ingredients

1 – 15 ounce can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans

1 tablespoon of coconut oil

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp of all spice or nutmeg

¼ tsp of sea salt
