Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. *It is important to ensure you thoroughly mix the ingredients; getting a chunk of cocoa in the mouth could leave a not so good bitter taste.

2Put in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Voila!

Ingredients

1 scoop protein

1 tbsp. of unsweetened cocoa

1 tbsp. of almond butter

1 packet or 2 tsp of stevia

¼ cup water

2 tbsp. of finely crush nuts any kind (optional)

1/8 tsp of vanilla extract (optional)
