Lemon Garlic Crockpot with Shredded Chicken Cooks for 6-8 hours, shred and you have so many options with this meal.
- 2-4 Chicken Breast
- 1/2 Red Onion Thin Sliced
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic per chicken Breast
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper per chicken Breast
- 1 tsp Oregano per chicken Breast
- Place chicken breasts in greased slow cooker and lay thinly sliced onions over chicken and sprinkle with seasonings.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. After finishing break apart chicken with two forks. Start checking the chicken at 6 hours and you will know if it is finished by how easily it shreds.
- Stir in 1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt
