Cheesecake Bites – Healthy and Balanced

Hope you find this recipe flavorful and educational. Comment below if you have questions or if you try the recipe! Note: The nutrition facts are calculated with the use of non-fat cream cheese but I prefer to use regular cream cheese because there are fewer ingredients and it is more natural.
Either option will work just depends on your goals.


  • Yields: Makes 48 small bites


8 oz plain fat-free cream cheese

7 oz Greek Yogurt

4 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp. sugar (any kind of sweetener)

½ tsp of baking soda

3 tbsp. protein powder

3 tbsp. flour (any kind of flour)

1 cup sliced strawberries


1Preheat oven to 325

2Grease mini muffin tins really well (coconut oil, olive oil or just spray will work)

3Cream all the ingredients together and using a tablespoon spoon into mini muffin tins it is best to leave out the cream cheese until it softens make to cream together really well so there are few lumps

4Bake for 25 minutes

5Let cool for 5 minutes

6Makes 48 small bites – a servings size is 4 bites
