Roasted Cauliflower Hash

- 2 Cauliflower Heads
- 1 TBSP Mrs Dash Heaping any flavor
- 1 TSP Garlic Heaping or garlic powder
- 1 TBSP Minced Onion or dried or powder (1bsp)
- 4 TBSP Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Preheat oven to 425
- Prepare a cookie sheet with tinfoil and spray with non-stick spray or rub with coconut or olive oil
- Cut up cauliflower until it is mined or finely shredded (use a blender, food processor or just manually mined)
- Stir in Braggs Liquid Aminos until well mixed
- Stir in spices and garlic into mined cauliflower until well stirred
- Spread over cookie sheet
- Bake for 15 minutes remove from oven stir and spread out cauliflower and bake another 15 minutes or until Golden Brown
