  • 2 cup Ground Meat
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup cup finely chopped onion ( or 2 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes)
  • 2 Garlic clove, minced (, or 1 tsp garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard powder
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried sage
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Water
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl… your hands is easiest.

  2. Grease pans – bake in a loaf pan or several small loaf pans or muffins tins.

  3. Bake at 350 F — 1 hour for a large loaf – muffin tins cook in about 25 minutes. Insert a thermometer, which should reach 155 F in the center of the loaf.
