If this is too easy just adjust the workout above — increase the repetitions, the weight or even the intensity.

You can do the same workout each week over and over and still achieve results.  For example, pick 5 workouts (2 lower body, 2 full body and one upper body) and use them over and over for 6 to 8 weeks.  Lots of people feel like they need to use different workouts all the time but this is not the case.  However, if you are easily bored then of course switch it up.
