Lean Elegance™ | Chocolate Crunch Bars

A rich, chewy chocolate treat made with wholesome ingredients and ready in minutes.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crispy rice cereal
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • Pinch sea salt

 

Optional

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed

 

Instructions

Step 1

Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

Whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.

Step 3

Stir in protein powder if using.

Step 4

Fold in crispy rice cereal and chia/flax.

Step 5

Press firmly into prepared pan.

Step 6

Refrigerate 1–2 hours.

Step 7

Slice into 12 bars.
