Ingredients
- 1 cup crispy rice cereal
- ½ cup natural peanut butter
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- Pinch sea salt
Optional
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed
Instructions
Step 1
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Whisk together peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth.
Step 3
Stir in protein powder if using.
Step 4
Fold in crispy rice cereal and chia/flax.
Step 5
Press firmly into prepared pan.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1–2 hours.
Step 7
Slice into 12 bars.
