Better than Beef Jerky Flank Steak Marinade

This recipe is low in sugar but tastes so good you will think you are eating candy which is why I call it better than beef jerk. This recipe is also high in Vitamin B6 and B12. B vitamins are great for the nervous and immune systems. Vitamin B is also needed for normal breakdown or protein, carbohydrates and fats.
- 2 Pounds Flank Steak
- 1/2 Cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Onion
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 TSP Ginger
- 1/8 TSP Pepper
- Put this mixture into a container and marinade with a Flank Steak for a few hours
- Grill or broil 12-14 minutes on each side. Adjust according to the thickness of the meat. This recipe is so tasty there will not be any leftovers.
