Lemon Garlic Crockpot with Shredded Chicken

Directions

1Place chicken breasts in greased slow cooker and lay thinly sliced onions over chicken and sprinkle with seasonings.

2Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. After finishing break apart chicken with two forks. Start checking the chicken at 6 hours and you will know if it is finished by how easily it shreds.

3Stir in 1/2 cup of plain Greek Yogurt

4Goes great searved over rice and a kale salad mix. Serve with rice or broccoli, make pita sandwiches or create a salad with shredded chicken on top.

2-4 Chicken Breasts

1/2 Red Onion Thin Sliced

1 tsp Minced Garlic per chicken breast

1 tsp Lemon Pepper per chicken breast

1 tsp Oregano per chicken breast
