1Preheat oven to 425
2Cut 4 potatoes into fry size wedges and place in a large freezer bag or container
3Add the following to the bag/container
43 T Olive Oil and 2 tsp of paprika
5Shake the bag or container to mix the oil and seasoning over fries
6Bake 45 minutes to an hour on 425
7While fries are baking mix parsley, lemon and garlic in a bowl
8Once fries are done transfer to a serving bowl sprinkle parsley mixture over fries and mix
9Top with Salt & Pepper if you like
4 Sweet Potatoes or 4 Yams
3 T Olive Oil
2 tsp Paprika
¼ cup of Parsley
1 T lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice
