11 squash, ends trimmed and squash shredded (cheese grater)
21 carrot, peeled or shredded whatever is easiest
31 zucchini, ends trimmed and zucchini shredded (cheese grater)
4½ onion, mined
5Toss squash, carrot, zucchini and onion in bowl with sea salt Let veggies stand for 10 minutes and drain out extra moisture
6Squeeze veggies in paper towel to draw out extra moisture In a separate bowl beat eggs and pepper until blended add veggies and mix
7Heat oil in a pan and make ¼ cup veggie patties
8Fry for 4 minutes on each side

2 tsp sea slat
2 large eggs
