Roasted Cauliflower Hash

This recipe has many wonderful benefits a few of them include:
Low in saturated fat – saturated fat raises cholesterol so recipes low is saturated fat is a great benefit
High in dietary fiber - high fiber diets prevents constipation and even hemorrhoids. Fiber stimulates the muscles in the digestive track which is a great benefit. A low fiber diet may increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and gastrointestinal conditions.
High in magnesium – a mineral that is part of many different enzymes working throughout the body.
High in potassium - maintains the heartbeat and is important in many metabolic functions. Potassium reduces the rise of blood pressure in response to excess sodium. A diet might with high potassium can help prevent bone loss and kidney stones.
High in thiamin - important vitamin for nerve conduction and muscle function

2 Cauliflower Heads

1 heaping tbsp of any Mrs Dash (any flavor)

1 heaping tsp garlic or 1 tsp of garlic powder

1 heaping tbsp of minced onion or dried onion or 1 tsp onion powder

4 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos


1Preheat oven to 425

2Prepare a cookie sheet with tinfoil and spray with non-stick spray or rub with coconut or olive oil

3Cut up cauliflower until it is mined or finely shredded (use a blender, food processor or just manually mined)

4Stir in Braggs Liquid Aminos until well mixed

5Stir in spices and garlic into mined cauliflower until well stirred

6Spread over cookie sheet

7Bake for 15 minutes remove from oven stir and spread out cauliflower and bake another 15 minutes or until Golden Brown
