Directions

1Put everything in a blender liquids first

2Blend up and make pancakes on a hot pan or griddle. The pancakes stay extra moist because of the pumpkin so they may appear not to be cooked all the way through.Voila

3Since you opened up a can of pumpkin you might as well triple or quadruple the recipe above and use up the can.

4These pancakes freeze and re-heat without any degrade to taste.

Ingredients

1 scoop of protein approximately 30 grams

1/2 cup of raw pumpkin or applesauce

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon of allspice

1 egg

Heaping 1/2 cup of oats

1/2 cup water

1 packet of Stevia or 1 tbsp. honey or any sweetener of your choice
