4These pancakes freeze and re-heat without any degrade to taste.
Ingredients
1 scoop of protein approximately 30 grams
1/2 cup of raw pumpkin or applesauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of allspice
1 egg
Heaping 1/2 cup of oats
1/2 cup water
1 packet of Stevia or 1 tbsp. honey or any sweetener of your choice
