Oatmeal Meat Muffins

Name: Oatmeal Meat Muffins

Yield: 24 Muffins
Ingredients: 2 cup Ground Meat; 1/2 cup Oatmeal; 1/2 cup Mushrooms; 1/2 cup finely chopped onion or 2 Tbsp dehydrated onion flakes; 2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp Dry mustard powder; 1 tsp Dried thyme; 1 tsp dried sage; 1 tsp pepper; 1 tsp oregano; 2 tsp salt (optional); 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional); 1 egg; 1/2 cup water

Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a bowl… your hands is easiest.

2Grease pans - bake in a loaf pan or several small loaf pans or muffins tins.

3Bake at 350 F --- 1 hour for a large loaf - muffin tins cook in about 25 minutes. Insert a thermometer, which should reach 155 F in the center of the loaf.
