Cheesecake Bites – Healthy and Balanced

Directions

1Preheat oven to 325

2Grease mini muffin tins really well (coconut oil, olive oil or just spray will work)

3Cream all the ingredients together and using a tablespoon spoon into mini muffin tins it is best to leave out the cream cheese until it softens make to cream together really well so there are few lumps

4Bake for 25 minutes

5Let cool for 5 minutes

6Makes 48 small bites – a servings size is 4 bites

Ingredients

8 oz plain fat-free cream cheese

7 oz Greek Yogurt

4 egg whites

1 tsp vanilla

3 tbsp. sugar (any kind of sweetener)

½ tsp of baking soda

3 tbsp. protein powder

3 tbsp. flour (any kind of flour)

1 cup sliced strawberries
