1Put this mixture into a container and marinade with a Flank Steak for a few hours
2Grill or broil 12-14 minutes on each side. Adjust according to the thickness of the meat. This recipe is so tasty there will not be any leftovers.
2 lb flank steak (feeds 4 people in our family but should feed 6)
½ cup of soy
¼ cup vinegar
2 T of Brown Sugar
2 T of Onion
1 T of Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove
½ tsp of Ginger
1/8 tsp of pepper
